SYNOPSIS: Young inner-city filmmakers dig deep into their city's musical heritage by interviewing surviving members of the mid-20th century Atlantic City era.
DIRECTOR BIO: Elijah Terrence is an 18 year old filmmaker born and raised in Atlantic City New Jersey. Growing up, cinema was a huge part of his family life; whether it was family movie night or a personal momentary escape. After seeing Spike Lee’s "School Dayz", he felt like he had no choice but to become a filmmaker. He realized that one day he wanted to not only be the person to help someone else to escape but also to help inform them about the world in which we live.
